Tervetuloa Kaukokartoituskerhoon

Kaukokartoituskerho on rekisteröimätön yhdistys, joka on perustettu 1993 edesauttamaan kaukokartoitus- ja kuvankäsittelyalalla Suomessa toimivien organisaatioiden ja henkilöjäsenten välistä yhteydenpitoa ja informaation välitystä. Kerhon organisaatiojäsenten lukumäärä on noin 60 ja henkilöjäsenten noin 230. Kerhon toiminnan koordinoimisesta vastaa johtokunta. Isäntäorganisaationa vuonna 2014 toimii Ilmatieteen laitos.

Remote Sensing Days 18-20 January 2023

Next Remote Sensing Days will be arranged together with Finnish Satellite Workshop and Finnish URSI Convention on Radio Science. The event take place in Aalto Dipoli conference centre in January 18-20, 2023. Remote Sensing topics are concentrated to 19-20 January. Remote Sensing Days 2020

In January 2020 Aalto University, Finnish Remote Sensing Club, Business Finland and FORESAIL join forces to organize the Finnish Satellite Workshop and Remote Sensing Days 2020. The event will take place on 20-22 January 2020 in Dipoli, Espoo, Finland. The three day workshop will offer scientific sessions, industry exhibition, panel discussion, and two social events for networking.
The event welcoming abstracts on all topics of satellite technology, space science, Earth Observation and space business.

The Remote Sensing Days is an intensive two-day event where academia and industry meet to discuss and present new innovations in Remote Sensing. Among presented topics are air quality, space weather, forestry, bioeconomy, arctic and snow. A panel will discuss how higher education can secure our future needs.
