Presentation Guidelines 2012

Oral presentation

The presentations are divided into 20 minute slots. The duration of the presentation should be 15 minutes and 5 minutes is reserved for questions and discussion. Conference room has a computer running Microsoft Windows and a recent version of Microsoft Office. The presentation slides can be in Power Point, PDF (preferred, with all fonts included!) or equivalent format. The presenting author is advised to deliver files to the computer before his/her session.

Poster presentation

Stands for the posters will be available. The maximum (preferred) size for poster is A0 (Portrait orientation, 841 × 1189 mm). The posters should be put on show in the morning. The author should be presenting the poster at times mentioned in the programme. The posters should be collected after the conference is finished.

Each presenter is expected to give a short talk (2.5 minutes, max. two slides) in a special Poster Bazaar session on Thursday. If you have a computer presentation, please be sure to upload it at latest during the lunch break!
